What We Need

We are growing! We are looking to add another amazing Senior Medical Aesthetician to our fun and successful team. We are elite professionals and seek people who love to be exceptional! The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of laser experience with multiple modalities.  We are Sciton predominate with our MOXI, BBL, HALO, and Ablative Re-Surfacing TRL/Profractional treatments. Mastery of Sciton Platforms a huge plus!

The Medical Aesthetician is responsible for guiding our aesthetic patients through every step of their journey starting with our comprehensive consultation, and VISIA Imaging system. Our goal is to ensure every patient interaction exceeds expectations and creates a positive and memorable experience, taking them from potential patients to our very own brand ambassadors. Starting with the new patient consultation and a full-face assessment. This is where we build relationships and ask the right questions to discover their areas of concern and how we can meet their goals. Offering our patients, the most effective treatments through confidently recommending the best laser or skincare treatments, cross selling other applicable skin and body treatments, and recommending the best home care products, will result in both an extraordinary experience and the best possible results.

Position responsibilities also include:

• Perform all pre and post treatment photos including VISIA photos. Dedicated Photography Room.
• Complimentary Consultations: Full Media Presentation credentialing the practice, staff, and services and creating a yearlong Individualized Care Plan for each patient. Re-visit their care plan Annually.
• Ability to meet or exceed all monthly sales metrics goals
• Ability to Cross Sell to other services we offer
• Self-manage Outreach Program and Follow up on all consultations 
• Creating weekly Social Media Video requirements according to Social Medial Calendar and Content
•  Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills
• Inventory and maintenance of clinical supplies

Skills and Experience

REQUIRED: 

• Current Colorado Aesthetics License
• Minimum requirement of 3 years medical aesthetics experience
• Sales Ability to close high dollar tickets at least at 75% close rate

On Services and 40% Products sold with Services

• Organized and detail oriented, able to multi-task
• Social media: once a week (minimum) video educational posting
• Certified Laser Technician Certification is a Plus
• Chemical peel certification 
• Exceptional Red Carpet Customer Service
• TEAM PLAYER: Highly motivated and driven, with a very Positive attitude and a successful sales track record
• Willing to utilize our wide array of marketing tools to help expand existing client base through our Outreach Program.

Pay: $25.00 - $300.00+ per hour (Includes commissions and tips)

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
